The location is fantastic, situated in a beautiful neighborhood right across from a little market. You can easily walk to everything that is interesting to see, and there are plenty of tapas bars nearby to satisfy your cravings. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and the host provided excellent service, even offering a place to drop off our bags early. The staff was attentive and responsive, always ready to answer any queries.
The apartment could have been a little cleaner - it didn't look like it was professionally cleaned.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great neighborhood, just a short walk from the city center. The staff are extremely attentive and responsive, always ready to answer any queries. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with excellent facilities. The location is perfect, with the cathedral and other attractions just a stone's throw away.
No significant improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Well-appointed, clean room with charming decor. Conveniently located near popular attractions and tasty tapas bars on Calle Adriano. Quiet at night, despite central location. Friendly hosts provided restaurant recommendations. Smooth communication and clever key system.

I had a great stay at Lukanda Arenal in Seville. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely terrace. The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main sites. The online check-in process was easy and convenient. Marta, the host, was friendly and provided us with a helpful guide to Seville. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Seville.
